As a registered and licensed dietitian with more than six years of nutrition coaching experience, I have helped hundreds of clients achieve their weight loss and health goals. I believe that in order to achieve lasting change, it is essential for nutrition recommendations and diet modifications to fit each individual’s unique preferences and lifestyle.
I graduated with a BA in Psychology from Williams College, where I was a member of the women’s varsity basketball and track & field teams for four years. After college, I spent six years working in the hedge fund industry in New York City before deciding to pursue a career centered around my passion for health and wellness.
Prior to completing my dietetic internship at University of Wisconsin Hospital & Clinics, I worked as a research assistant at Columbia University Medical Center on a meta-analysis of the effects of omega-3 fatty acids on depression.
