Buffalo Chicken Bake

INGREDIENTS
2 pounds chicken breast (fresh or frozen)
1 bottle buffalo sauce (I used Primal Kitchen)
1 bag frozen cauliflower florets
Parmesan cheese
Cheddar cheese, shredded

DIRECTIONS
1. Cook chicken and half a bottle of buffalo sauce in a slow cooker on low for 5-6 hours.
2. Shred chicken with two forks, add cauliflower and additional buffalo sauce (approximately 1/4 bottle), and continue cooking for 30 minutes.
3. Preheat oven to 350F. Spoon chicken mixture into greased baking dish, and top with Parmesan and cheddar cheese.
4. Bake for 15 minutes. I broiled it for a few minutes after baking to get the top slightly crispy.
6. Serve over greens for extra veggies.
