Two-Ingredient Slow Cooker Shredded BBQ Chicken

INGREDIENTS

1-2 pounds chicken breast (frozen is ok)

A jar of your favorite BBQ sauce (I used Primal Kitchen no added sugar)

DIRECTIONS

In a slow cooker, combine chicken with 1/2 the BBQ sauce and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours. Shred chicken with two forks and stir in remaining BBQ sauce. Cook on low for another 20 minutes and serve over greens or with your favorite veggies. Drizzle more BBQ sauce on top and sprinkle with cheese for even more flavor.
