Peanut Butter Jar Salad Dressing

Stop throwing away your old peanut butter jars! This 3-ingredient dressing is packed with flavor and can also be used as a peanut sauce or vegetable dip when made with less water.

INGREDIENTS

A peanut butter jar without 2 Tablespoons peanut better remaining (scrape the sides)

1.5 teaspoons coconut aminos (you can also use soy sauce)

1.5 teaspoons fresh lime juice

1-3 Tablespoons water (depending how thick you want it)

Optional:1 teaspoon Sriracha for an added kick

DIRECTIONS

Add coconut aminos, lime juice, and optional Sriracha to peanut butter jar and shake well to mix ingredients together. Add one tablespoon of water and shake. Repeat one tablespoon at a time until you reach desired consistency. (I used one tablespoon water for my dressing.) For a thicker peanut sauce or veggie dip.
