Recipe: Protein Frosty

INGREDIENTS

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (I like Califia Farms Organic)

1/2 cup ice

1 heaping scoop (or 30g protein) of your favorite chocolate protein powder (I like Be Well By Kelly)

1 tsp cinnamon

1/3 frozen banana

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1 cup frozen cauliflower (the secret ingredient to make it thick and creamy)

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to blender and blend well.
